Resolve is hard like diamant, sharper than steel and clearer than the sun in the sky... either you are crushed, or you crush.

Diamant = French for Diamond?

Also, the last part of the statement I would personally change to:  " ... either you do the crushing, or you are crushed."

Active action first, then passive.  But that is just my preference.

sometimes when thinking logically, languages merge.
Even with fragments, which makes interesting combinations of german,englisch,spanish,french,japanese,whatnot.

I understand completely.

As I mentioned before, you are essentially thinking in (at least) 3 different languages at once.  English, German & .php.
