Well, it is minor, and I certainly could be misreading it, but:

The way it reads to me now, taking out the pronouns and replacing them with the appropriate proper nouns:

"You know, Atomkai really had it coming to him (Atomkai) after all those things I (Guitarist Bad Spirit) said about Orihime," commented Guitarist Bad Spirit.

"all those bad things I said about Orihime," commented GBS = GBS said bad things about Orihime, not AtomKai.

A few typos that I found.

On the new gameday screen, the line: Due to your current skill level you start with a base of 0 Reiatsu excluding new day boni.
If I'm not mistaken the 'boni' should be 'bonus'?

On the second area of the Meadows, when talking to Yoruichi, the line: If you are idling around, try to get involved in converations and see if there is someone you might like.
Shouldn't 'converations' be 'conversations'?

In the battle arena with the most recent news, on the very bottom right above the 'First page', 'Previous page', 'Refresh', 'Next page' and 'Last page' options: You see the Battlearena Fight News...
Shouldn't there be a space between 'Battle' and 'arena' in 'Battlearena'?

As for the fighting zone, in just about every zone shouldn't it say something else than 'shinobi tools' in the zone descriptions?
Just an example to for something to put to the 'you ready your shinobi tools':
You ready your battlegear, drawing the belt holding your your Zanpakutõ's scabbard by your side tighter

At Rukongai, on the very first line of the city description near the end, shouldn't it be ~the~ last place, not just last place?

As for enemies:

You have encountered Hoptialize Spirit which lunges at you with Fadal Disease!
Shouldn't that be Fatal, not Fadal?

You have encountered Armored Mideval Hollow Knight which lunges at you with Hollow Halberd!
Shouldn't that be Medieval, not Mideval? Its messed up every time.

Main Zone- You walk in with your Zanpakutō ready and looking for a fight. You enter the main zone and you see a large arena-type zone a white paneled floor with several small trees.

A large arena-type zone occupied by a white paneled floor...

Zone 4(Fire Valley)- Several of them are spewing out large amounts of ash and lava littering the zone with hot fire and many tall trees are ablaze in this zone

A period at the end is needed, and maybe a comma after "fire."

Zone 6(Plains) - notice you're in an almost empty field, filled with tall grass where large gusts of wind blow through the zone.

You notice your're in am almost empty field...

Zone 7(Icelands) - You notice that it is snowing heavily and a few inches of snow covers the zones ground.

I'm not sure if this is a text issue, but...
Dwellings appear in the HOF...are they supposed to be there?

My best guess is that the dwellings have been put there on purpose.

If you play Shinobilegends you would know there there is a Hall of Fame at Konoha Gakure. So in this case, the option to go to a dwelling in Soul Society is just in a different place  .

To answer your question, yes. The amount of hitpoints you log out with will be bacically the amount of hitpoints you log out with, that I am aware of  .
