Why are we all wearing T-shirts? shouldnt we have like Shinigami robes or something?

I don't totally agree with you. Shinigami Robes? No, the academy students wears something else.
Go to Shadowy Meadows Area 2, you'll see Renji and Rukia's clothes. That's what we should be wearing,
but I don't think that it's named. We can just think of something like Academy Kimono or Academy Robes.
