I've had this idea for a while, and since nobody doesn't seem to have thought of it I decided to give it a shot and put it up here..
I figured this could be possible, even though Kon is already in the 'Zaraki Konpachi' event, but onto business.
I figured it would be accessible for all levels, and also at all places. The latter would of course be more realistic if it could only happen at Karakura town, but I figured not everybody goes there that often if at all so it might be more fair to have it possible to happen everywhere..
The event begins with a picture of an all battered, beaten, torn, ravaged, <numerous other words for describing a plushys poor condition> and laying against a wall.
"While walking around casually on the lookout for hollow prey, you come upon a dirty and rather harshly treated plushy laying against a wall on the sidewalk.
What do you do? "
A) Inspect
B) Leave
If you chose B)
"You decide to leave the dirty thing be and continue on your way. For a moment you could swear you saw it move from the corner of your eye, but you put the blame on your subconsciousness and move on. Afterall, it was just a dirty plushy"
If you chose A)
"You approach the plushy and kneel for a closer look at it, wondering if it isn't what it looks like"
40% chance: "To your disappointment you realise it is just what you thought; a dirty plushy in hideously bad condition. Standing back up you make your leave, having only wasted your time here"
You lose 1 turn for the time wasted.
60% chance: "The cotton stuffing, old button as a bellybutton, the lions mane, there is no mistaking it. You have found Kurosaki Ichigo's mod-soul, Kon!"
"He seems to be acting like he was just a normal plushy. What do you do?
A) Run away!
B) Brave the odds..
If you chose A)
"Fearing for your fortune you run away as fast as you can, as far as you can"

If you chose B)
30% chance: "What are you doing?! Scram! You're messing up my act!!"
"Startled, you quickly leave the scene and leave Kon to his hunt of large-chested women"
"Feeling embarrassed about being ordered around by a plushy you lose some charm! (-1 point of charm)"
70% chance: "Suddenly feeling strong and powerful, you pick up Kon and press the plushy for information of what on earth it is doing there. Able to make out that he is hiding from Ishida, it doesn't take long before the very same person is attracted to the scene by the noise! He demands you to tell what are you doing with Kon, not looking too happy. By then Kon is cowering behind you and begging you not to give him over. What do you do?
A) Hand him over to Ishida
B) Protect him
If you chose A)
"You couldn't care less of what happened to the mod-soul, thus hand him over to Ishida, who in turn thanks you and continues on his way. The last thing you hear before you depart yourself if the distant scream of Kon. You shrug and move on to continue your hunt for hollows."
If you chose B)
"Ishida is infuriated by your response, swearing on his Quincy pride that he will defeat you and save Kon! Kons scream at this behind your back, but you hit him on the head to make him shut up"
You have encountered Ishida Uryuu who lunges at you with a sewing kit!
<His level would be the same as yours, but no extra HP if you had any permanent or temporary added to yours>
If you defeat him:
"You have defeated Ishida Uryuu!
So much for the Quincy pride"
"As Ishida lies fainted on the ground after your brief battle, you turn around to look for Kon, only to see him speeding away several hundred meters away. Despite his escape you feel like you have done a good deed.
50% chance: +1 charm
50% chance: +1 spirits
