harataro- on shinigami golden colorbook, it showed that his shikai could do decent damage (well, sort of) which isn't healing

so neither of those are "pure healers"

and if you try to clarify by saying, "they are the only ones that can heal/heal well"

All of Division 4 and (not verified) Hachi can heal as well
