Shikai/Bankai Training mode

Hey guys,

I do not know how Shikai/Bankai is planned by now and as far as I know nobody receive their shikai yet. I just thought it would be pretty cool to have a shikai/bankai training mode (similar to torments when you are dead) a place where you could spend some time with your zanpaktou and get to know about it. In order to make shikai/bankai more realistic I would even recomment the training to take regular forest fights. Also special Events could be set up there and also you shouldn't get your shikai faster just as you do not fight hollows anymore but only train for your shikai. The trick is that your zanpakutou would be like the final enemy in this "world" but you would never know it's strengh or HP's. Maybe it is no good idea as it would demand more work for you guys. Anyways I would find it interesting and logical that you wouldn't get your shikai just from Forest fights but inner fights. Also this wouldn't tie the Shikai necessarily to a certain rank and you would have to play more carefully to keep the balance beetween inner and outer power?

What would you think about it?

Wait for me to finish how shikai/bankai works, THEN you may train for it.

note that the training Ichigo did was the "ultra-fast" one. I will not make that standard.

Fine. I thought you already had planned it out. And I knowbakai takes normally 100 years or so. If I could ever reach Shikai I'd be hapy Just thought the idea of a seperated place (not real world not while you are dead ) might be interesting. Like anothwer place to travel too and I think using regular forest fights while Training for your Releases would be realistic. Btw Thanks for your hard work Neji

to understand how I work (yes, I mean basically how I function).


A new idea comes to mind.

That idea breeds in my brain occasionally and mostly in the background.

Then a system comes to mind.

After that, I need to see if and how it can be put into code.

That goes also into my mind.

After then, it comes out again when it's almost complete.


That's the way it works, and I am basically at 50% of that process.

There are tweaks I need to work on, like "what can you buy with your shikai points" and "how much will it cost / what are the restrictions"


This involves also heavy coding. And I mean that.

well that is cool seems our brains are pretty much working in the same way even though I got no clue about coding and stuff. But if you are trying to fin a way how to structure things how about let them choose their element at first? As far as I know there are water heat and ice zanpaktos. Letting them deide step after step gives you the advantage to being able how things are developing and you do not have to have thought out the whole system before the first people reach their shikais. Also the Name of the Zanpaktou could be created like that according to the choices you made you could get a certain syllable of the Name. Just a thought though.

I am not sure how you are arranging the system Neji however if gaining Shinkai/Bankai is a random event it may take a long time to achieve it and you can't be a Vice Captain without having Shinkai.

That is not true, if we base it on Zaraki Kenpachi.

zaraki's zanpakuto is in a constant release state.. i really dont know why but wiki says its due to his immense reiatsu.. also after his fight with ichigo he wants to learn his zanpakuto's name but can't so far..

do you read the manga, or do you just watch the anime? in the manga zaraki has made a reappearance, im still awaiting for this next chapter to come out for it will show the fight with zaraki, and possible his knowledge with his zanpakuto

ummm i'm a noob and i have a decent knowlege of computers but i dont know how to write code, sorry i'll get to my point. i was thinking that maybe that brfore shikai\bankai we could request for some thing more simple, you know to get more ground structure. build sturdy before higher maybe
