Question about usernames

I just wanted to know if we are allowed to have special characters like ō in our username when we sign up or if we can just change it later on via Urahara Shōten.

ex 1. sign up with username as zanpakutō
or
ex 2. sign up with username as zanpakuto then change it later on to zanpakutō

Usernames are without special chars.

however, I might install here an option to change your name freely.

then this is no longer a problem =)
