Question regarding dwellings

I've noticed that, even though I have a castle in Soul Society, I have the option to build another dwelling: either city house or another castle.

I'm wondering if this is a fluke or if we're allowed more than one dwelling in Soul Society?

We are allowed to have another one. I had asked Neji the same question when I got my castle.
