Regarding the seats and rankings Fukutaicho and higher:
All are based initially on FT numbers. PvP to switch ranks between people. Only those who have made the ranking so far will be permitted as far up on that point as possible.
Spirit King (New rank. Of course that would be Neji-sama
)
Royal Guard (new rank. FT 250+ No limits on numbers)
Sotaicho (strongest under 250. May necessitate permanent position.)
Taicho (choose a division 2-13, based on stats. i.e. 2-speed/dexterity, 4-int, 11-strength, 12-int, etc. In the case of confusion such as which to put for 4 and 12, which have the same basis, have them choose or base it on other stuff like PvP (4th needs less))
Fukutaicho (follow the same principles as Taicho, or Taicho picks)
Ranked officers (assign a seat 1-10)
Senior officers (assign a seat 11-15)
Jr. officers (assign a seat 16-20)
