Whenever I tpe in my user and pass and clik login it says that I typed in the wrong user/pass

that's not a bug, it's probably correct.

as you don't give out any info, you get the same back: no info.

im new to the game whenever I click login suddenly the number of dots in the pass box increases.

Can you change my pass? i can't get on and i knew my password was correct but it said wrong.

Why don't you try to use the forgotten password option?

The system will send an email to your email account, in where you will recieve a link that will allow you to login in your account and then change the password.
