Buddy system
« on: November 20, 2008, 02:53:12 am »
I was thinking about this as my boons where slaughtered by Hollows. Could there be an option to form a party of players. The other players would be bots and would only have the stats of that player. I don't know if you have something like this already planned but it is probaly not a coming project if so... :/

No, I mean more like if I have a friend at level 10 I could have  him join my party, but he may not be controlled by an actual person, but by a bot.

Say he has 200 HP, 31 Attack and 29 Defense. The bot would have the same name and stats but won't be controlled by the player .

I don't think that this would be a great idea, players would start abusing of this and would use this to make one of their characters stronger with alts, wich would be against the rules.
For me the game is alredy great with the Mercenaries and the pet, they are of great help.

Once a wise man told me this:
"There is nothing better than to be the best"

SL Main Character:
Seiryu JinEchizen

LoB Main Character:
Senior Student Jin

This could definitely be abused...imagine if I were to have Makoto, who has 580 HP and 20+ attack and defense at level 1, as a partner. Waaaay overpowered. The mercs are good enough.

Fear me. <,,<;

I like it the way it is; besides, lower-seated Shinigami are (theoretically) assigned to groupings with a stronger individual as Alpha and are ...easily replaced...; how would you like to explain it to your friend(s) that you let him(them) die because you're too stingy to heal?
