When you finish the academy you can enter in a division? How can I enter in a division? when i will enter in a division I will get a seat or I will be a unranked shinigami and after that i will become seat? how can I become capitan? Do you have to know something like "bankai" to become one? How much you will stay as a capitan or a seated officer?
