I think that you can check it out in the list warriors.
last time I checked it was 1138.

I just conted the members of each clan. Maybe they don't play because in the the clans are 400 players.

Not all players join clans, so you can't really count just the clans to see how many are in game

600 or so are registered.

That does not mean they are active - many make a char and login twice and then never again =) You don't know what's inside the box.

I usually consider 20% of the registered players active.
The rest is not-really-that-active or one of the ones I mentioned before.
