How do i train my weapon i cant buy one anywhere so i guess i'll have to train it but how and where?

Where do you go when you want to train? is a little hint xD
Check everything in town and you will find it sooner or later.

can you please just name the place because i really keep dieing and i haven't found it yet

or is it train inner self??? if it is then im screwed because i cant lvl so i cant do that
