Do you know where their is a solely forum based Bleach site where the majority of players would actually know what Seiretei is? Im looking more for text roleplay than turn based. Not that i have any problems playing the game. IM new so im trying to get stronger. Anyway whatever advice you may have IM definately interested

Sorry, nothing known to me.

If you have a decent outline, you may start one by yourself, there are many free providers for forums.
(keep in mind: all the data is on *their* server. hard to move or backup)
