If he does, let the features be as such:
Go to Zanpakuto training per FT. This is a chance activation that may or may not happen. Must accumulate 20 successful training total to achieve Bankai.
Naming the attacks, as naming one's zanpakuto, is also a feature that should be considered, for both Shikai and Bankai.
